You will receive a course pack which includes a chart, plotter, dividers, course handbook and exercises.
Two full days In the classroom, the course is taught over 16 hours with exercises to complete along the way. The course can be covered as a series of short sessions.

A comprehensive introduction to cruising for inexperienced skippers. This course equips you with enough knowledge to navigate around familiar waters by day. A basic knowledge of lights is also included as an introduction to night cruising. The Day Skipper course is a great entry point to the RYA theory syllabus providing the necessary tools to ensure you put out to sea safely.

We run this course as an evening class over six weekday evenings and one full weekend. evening classes are great for those who want structured learning with the ability to consolidate between sessions.
